In our recent Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) annual inspection, the inspector spoke with a number of domestic and commercial clients. She was happy to report on one conversation in particular, even quoting him in her final report;
‘This client said that many of his suppliers were “complete ***** to manage, but Black and
White are as good as gold.” He added “I could go out and get [name of a top 20 security company] but there would be no value in that. I don’t like being told ‘ring the Control room or the office.’ With Black and White I can always get hold of [the Operations Manager] day or night and we work together to resolve any issue.”
