Black and White Key Security ltd have been an SIA approved contractor for 14 years now. We had our annual ACS (Approved Contractor Scheme) assessment a couple on months ago and are delighted and proud of the feedback we received in the assessor’s report.

‘Black and White Key Security’s mission is to provide personalised customer service and create “customers for life” via a hands-on and always accessible management team. 40% of Black and White Key Security’s customers have used them for at least 5 years (the two customers interviewed have used them for even longer).’

They added that B&W were very responsive to any changes or ad hoc requirements (such as coming in at the weekend when the window cleaners were in).’

‘The assessment found that Black and White Key Security’s strengths were quality of leadership, a data-led approach to business review and planning and a high standard of customer relationship management.’
‘Clients and staff alike agreed the Senior Management team went the extra mile in terms of communication and support.’
‘The organisation has supported and contributed to local charitable and community initiatives, including a treasure hunt in aid of a local school, a bicycle registration initiative at local schools and reduced rates for charities requiring security services.’
