Trained security officers respond to any callout 24/7 by signing your keys out (and back in) from secure storage. They will attend and investigate the reason for the activation and only contact you if anything significant has occurred that might need further action to be authorised. You would then be notified of the attendance on the next working day.

This is where a uniformed security officer arrives in a marked security vehicle (a good deterrent!) they can do both internal/external patrols, check for leaks, burst pipes, move post, move bins in and out and ensure the premises is secure.
